Inflam B (NorLox)
NorLOX supports healthy brain function by inhibiting inflammation which triggers both the sympathetic and hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal stress response. NorLOX contains acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid which is a potent inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), the enzyme responsible for the production of pro-inflammatory leukotrienes. Acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid also prevents TNFa induced expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and upregulation of adhesion molecules, both of which involved in the movement of leukocytes to the site of inflammation. NorLOX also provides 5-HTP to support serotonin levels which can be reduced by pro-inflammatory cytokines.
